Enjoyed my time at the Fairlane Hotel with its beautiful rooms and attentive staff. The complimentary lobby coffee was great, but it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Parking is a bit steep at $50/day, so plan accordingly.

missingWrote a review on Nov 27stylish decorcity skylineconvenient locationmalfunctioning amenities
The room showcased stylish decor with thoughtful touches, like an extra bench by the window for enjoying the skyline. Location offered proximity to downtown, convenient for an evening stroll down Broadway, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife.
Upon entering, we found a live insect on our bed, which led to an unnecessarily long wait for the cleaning staff to address it. The bathroom mirror flickered incessantly, producing an unsettling buzzing noise, while the soap dispenser malfunctioned and was never refilled. Unemptied trash bins forced us to improvise with laundry bags, and our room service tray sat by the bin all day, contributing to an unpleasant odor.

missingWrote a review on Aug 31friendly staffcomfortable roomgreat viewmini-bar pricesno coffee maker
Had an excellent stay at Fairlane Hotel. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival with a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a great shower. I appreciated the beautiful decor and abundance of natural light in the lobby. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Downtown Nashville. Enjoyed the free coffee available in the lobby and loved the bagel shop next door for a quick bite. However, I missed having a coffee maker in the room. It would have been more convenient. Also, my mini-fridge didn't work initially, which took a couple of calls to resolve. This was annoying since I expected everything to operate smoothly. I felt the mini-bar prices were a bit excessive. Even though the staff was friendly and accommodating, I did face some minor inconveniences that detracted from a perfect experience but didn’t overshadow the overall enjoyment of my stay.
